In November 2010, he participated the modelling agency Elite Model Management India Pvt. Ltd. 2 years subsequently in mid-2012, Taneja shifted from Delhi to Mumbai and started his acting career on tv that year as the friend of Karan Kundra’s portrayal in Channel V India’s V The Serial, produced by Ekta Kapoor.
