About Bihar Board
In accordance with Section 3 of the Bihar School Examination Act of 1952, the Bihar School Examination Board (abbreviated BSEB) was established as a statutory body that reports to the Government of Bihar and is responsible for administering secondary and senior secondary school examinations in both public and private schools located within the state of Bihar.
The Bihar government-prescribed syllabus serves as the foundation for the exam’s administration. Its headquarters are in Patna, the state capital.
