About CPNET Counselling 2024

India’s Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences, formerly known as the U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, is a public university with a medical school, hospital and research center in Saifai’s Etawah District. It was established following the government of Uttar Pradesh’s upgrade of the UP Rural Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, which was established in 2005 under Act 15 of 2016. In 2005, the Uttar Pradesh Rural Institute of Medical Sciences and Research was established in Saifai village, District Etawah, as a state-run medical school affiliated with Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur.

It was established by the UPRIMS&R, Saifai, Act of 2005, which was published on December 15, 2005. The M.B.B.S. course began in 2006, the M.D. course began in 2011, the S. course began in 2013, the D.D.S. course began in 2014, and the M.Ch. The courses began in 2020. The Institute’s paramedical and nursing colleges opened in 2012 and the pharmacy college opened in 2015. The Government of Uttar Pradesh began the process of upgrading the existing U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences and Research in order to establish a university of medical sciences in Saifai, Etawah, in February 2015. A bill known as the “Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences, Saifai, Etawah Bill-2015” was approved by the state assembly on February 4, 2015. The Bill was approved on May 2, 2016, and on June 5, 2016, it became a university.

CPNET Counselling 2024

Applicants who want to gain admission into the various courses at Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences can apply to CPNET 2024 examination through online mode. The State-Level Entrance Exam Specified as CPCNET 2024 is a state-level entrance examination that combines paramedical, pharmacy, and nursing. For admission to Pharmacy, Paramedical, and Nursing courses, the CTCPNET is conducted by Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences (UPUMS). In an offline mode, CPNET is conducted. The minimal academic requirement for CPNET 2024 is to pass the intermediate examination.

UPUMS CPNET Counselling Fees

Applicants have to Deposit Counselling Fees of Rs.500/- in Cash which is non-refundable. Applicants have to Deposit Rs.5000/- as Security down payment through Demand Draft in favour of “Finance Officer Paramedical A/c Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences Payable at Saifai which is refundable.
