For the academic year 2023, CUET is an all India entrance test for the students enrolling for admission to various undergraduate courses offered by the Central and other participating universities and institutes across the country. The exam will be through online computer based. The exam question paper is divided into 3 sections. In the first section, Section A contains the language test. Section B consists of additional language based questions. Section 2 consists of domain topics and Section 3 consists of general knowledge questions. The exam is based on percentage system and negative marks are also found in this paper.
CUCET adopted a new method which is UET and it is absolutely necessary for all universities to adopt it. CUET Exam Hall Guidelines
The students who are writing the Common University Entrance Test exam this year have to follow the following rules in the exam hall.
- Carry the admit card and correct ID proof to the exam hall only, without which you will not be allowed to enter the exam hall or write the exam.
- Students have to present to the invigilators along with their printed CUET 2023 Admit Card. The invigilator will copy check and confirm the identity of the student who has taken the test.
- Candidate are requested to reach the examination center at least 1 hour before the commencement of the examination.
- Students who will not appear for the CUET entrance exam hall within the allotted time will not be given another chance to take the exam.
- Students will be allowed to leave the examination hall only after the allotted exam time is over.
- The in-charge of the examination center will seat the students on the basis of their roll numbers in the seats allotted to them.
