England Tour Of Bangladesh Series – The three-match ODI and three-match T20 series that the England cricket team was supposed to play in Bangladesh in September and October were postponed and rescheduled so that England could arrive in March 2024. The Britain Cricket Board expressed this in an authority articulation on Tuesday evening, August 3.

However, the England Cricket Board stated that the decision was based on an agreement between the two countries’ cricket boards. The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has not yet officially commented on this. Prior, the visit was supposed to be dropped, however the BCB had guaranteed that they are still in converses with the ECB, and doesn’t have any desire to drop the visit through Britain.
After finishing their tour of Bangladesh in October of this year, England is scheduled to play a series of two Twenty20 matches against Pakistan. The Pakistan tour is likely to be canceled as well given that England will not be visiting Bangladesh this year.

Bangladesh will host three ODI and three T20I matches during the England tour of Bangladesh in 2024. The ODI series would have been part of the first ICC Cricket World Cup Super League, which would run from 2020 to 2024.The tour of Bangladesh in England that was originally scheduled for September and October 2021 has now been moved to March 2024.

England FTP Announced
In the Men’s Future Tours Programme (FTP), which was today confirmed by the International Cricket Council (ICC), England plays archrivals Australia and India in two five-match series.
With the confirmation of all bilateral series across the three formats, the FTP, the result of a group effort by Full Members with the support of the ICC, guarantees cricket fixtures. The Members will announce the series’ precise dates and locations in due course.
