About HCL
Found on November 9, 1967, Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) is a public sector enterprise that is manage by the Indian government’s Ministry of Mines. Selection Process
- The candidates will be chosen base on merit, which will be determine by their ITI and 10th grade test scores.
- The marks earn in the relevant trade at the ITI will be given a weighting of 30%, and the marks earn in the 10th board will be given a weighting of 70%.
- 100% of the weight will be given to marks earn in the 10th Board in cases where no ITI is necessary, such as in the trades of Mate and Blaster in the mining industry.
- When determining merit, HCL/KCC will award dependents of current employees an additional 10 bonus points.
