ICMR JRF 2024 Important Points
- ICMR JRF 2024 exam will occur on 2024 at respective exam centers.
- Application fees for General and OBC applicants is INR 1000 and that for SC, ST, PH students is INR 800.
- Application fees must be paid online mode.
- Applicants age limit should not be more than 28 years of age as of 2024. (upper age limit relaxation up to 5 years is available for SC/ST, physically handicapped and female applicants, 3 years relaxation is available for OBC category.
- The candidates must qualify their M.Sc. / M.A. or its equivalent degree with an aggregate of 55% marks for the General category candidate and 50% marks for SC / ST / PH category candidate.
- Those candidates who have appeared for the solution can also apply as well as the candidates who are studying in the final year of M.Sc. or M.A. degree can also apply.
- The money granted for the fellowship is Rs. 31000 per month & an annual contingency grant up to Rs. 20,000 per annum. The local organization shall report the performance of JRF after two years following the rules of the Review Committee account for by the Head of the institution.
- The applicants can be awarded SRF who successfully be allowed on the assessment by the Review Committee.
