About PGIMER
The Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research in Chandigarh was established to provide India’s highest-quality medical education. It was ranked second on the 2018 NIRF medical list, and an Act of Parliament designated it as an “Institute of Importance.” Post-Graduate Institute for Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) is its full name. Similar to the AIIMS, JIPMER, and PGI Chandigarh Nursing Entrance Exams, which did not fall under NEET PG, the PGI Chandigarh entrance exam was conducted independently.
However, the PGIMER entrance exam will be replaced by INI CET beginning in 2024. In order to gain admission into postgraduate medical education and studies, the institute administers an entrance exam. The following programs will be open for enrollment through INI CET 2024.
