She and her husband and fellow artist, Aamir Ali, were the champions of the 3rd season of an Indian reality tv dance competition whooped Nach Bailye. Early in her career, she portrayed a cameo personality in the 2003 Bollywood film Baghban. She is one of the successful Soap Opera performer.

Career
Sanjeeda has described many roles on tv soap operas. She created her acting place as Nimmo in the 2005 TV series Kyaa Hoga Nimmo Kaa. After that, she worked as a vamp in the 2007 Star Plus series Kayamath. In the same year, she joined in a dancing competition show named Nach Baliye 3, with husband Aamir Ali, the duo won the competition.
