Srushti Dange at first worked in assisting character, portraying a victim in Mishkin’s Yuddham Sei (2011), before describing an assisting personality in the Telugu movie, April Fool. Srushti created a breakthrough describing the key character in the romantic thriller Megha, winning mixed feedback for her acting in the title role. In 2015, she was appeared in the horror movie Darling, the psychological thriller film Enakkul Oruvan and Pu, a romantic film which release Krish in the leading role.
In 2016, she functioned in 4 Tamil movies: the Dharma Durai, Vijay Vasanth’s Achamindri, the romantic comedy Navarasa Thilagam, in which she plays a medical student, and the Suseenthiran production Vil Ambu. In 2017, she created her Malayalam place with the movie 1971: Beyond Borders.
