Certification Qualifying Details
Participants in the Advanced Executive Program in Cybersecurity must commit six to eight hours each week. There will also be 21 assignments to complete in addition to an industry-grade project that is required.

Boys Hostel

The Wardens support him in carrying out his administrative duties. Every hostel has a warden as its administrative leader. Assistant Wardens support Wardens. There are separate Hall Working Committees for each hostel. The General Secretary, Maintenance Secretary, Mess Secretary, Environment Secretary, Cultural Secretary, and Games & Sports Secretary make up the Working Committees. The committee sets each Hall’s daily schedule and tempo.
Girls Hostel
The accommodations offered by NIT Rourkela to students include a common area, an indoor room, a lounge, and a mess-equipped dining hall. The organisation in charge of the hostel is the Chief Warden. The Wardens help him out with his administrative duties. Every hostel’s administrative chief is called a warden. Assistant Wardens provide assistance to Wardens. Every hostel has a working committee for the hall. The General Secretary, the Secretary for Maintenance, the Secretary for Mess, the Secretary for Environment, the Secretary for Culture, and the Secretary for Games and Sports make up the Working Committees. The committee determines each Hall’s lifestyle pattern and tempo.
Medical/Hospital
Dr. Champak Bhattacharya is in charge of the institute health centre, which employs three permanent physicians. It is connected to the Apollo Pharmacy, which serves the medical requirements of employees and students around-the-clock. An ambulance is available for use in case of emergencies.

The original Chairman of the Board of Governors of REC Rourkela is honoured in the Biju Patnaik Central Library at NIT Rourkela. The library supports the research efforts of faculty, students, and research scholars and contains a sizable collection of print and electronic materials.

Dilip Tirckey Stadium is the football and hockey stadium at NIT Rourkela. The stadium features a fully equipped gymnasium with two teachers on hand to assist the students. In addition, the institute features two tennis courts, a basketball court, and the Sachin Tendulkar Cricket Ground.
Swimming Pool

There is a post office on site. The post office is open from 9.00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. on Saturdays and from 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. on all weekdays. It is situated close to the new substation.
