Becoming an IAS officer was Srushti Jayant Deshmukh childhood dream. She excelled in both academics and co-curricular activities throughout her school and college years. Srushti balanced her studies with her NCC training, for which she received an “A” grade certificate. She scored 93.4 percent in her class 12th examination. She did not enroll in any coaching institute for her UPSC preparation and relied on self-study, as per her interviews.

Srushti Jayant Deshmukh was always a bright and hard-working student. She did her schooling from Carmel Convent School, BHEL, Bhopal, where she secured 93.4% in her class 12th examination. She wanted to get admission into the IITs, but could not achieve it. So she pursued engineering (B.Tech in Chemical Engineering) from Lakshmi Narain College of Technology, Bhopal (2014-2018).
Hobbies
Srushti Jayant Deshmukh was not only good at academics, but also involved in many extra and co-curricular activities. She had an NCC A certificate. Arjun hails from Karnataka and has an MBBS Degree. Srushti and Arjun were in the same batch; many speculated they had a relationship since their training days. They both joined Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration’s training program in Mussoorie. Srushti and Arjun are examples of achieving greater success with the right partner.
