- Be a Haryana NEET UG Counselling 2024 citizen of India.
- The candidate, is an honest resident of Haryana under the guidance of the Secretary-General of the Government. Haryana and anyone/their parents present a Haryana Certificate of Residence in accordance with government instructions or any amendments issued by the competent authority from time to time.
